Minimalism lives or dies on a single element: the line. There's no shading, no gradient, no crosshatching to hide a hand that wavers — a clean line reads as clean whether the piece is one dot or a full forearm, so consistency of pressure and needle depth matters more here than in almost any other style I work in. Most of the actual craft happens before the needle touches skin: reducing a reference down to the fewest strokes that still read as the subject, then testing that the composition still holds at the exact size it will be worn.
How it heals: There's no solid fill to fade unevenly, so a healed minimal tattoo doesn't blotch the way shaded work can — the real risk is the line itself thinning and softening at the edges as skin turns over. I compensate by tattooing line weight slightly heavier than the reference calls for, banking on a couple of years of natural settling to bring it to the width it was designed at.

I work in minimalist and fine-line tattoo styles, based in Belgrade, with over seven years of experience. I specialize in delicate, precise line work — from micro tattoos done with a single needle to abstract botanical compositions.
Each design is created from scratch for a specific individual. I don't use pre-made sketches — we discuss the idea, refine the design together, and place it in the desired location on your body.
My studio is a calm, private space in central Belgrade. We take the time the piece needs — no rush, no compromise on the line.

About 1.5 cm at the smallest for line-only work. Anything smaller usually loses definition within a year. I'll always tell you upfront if a size won't hold.
Most pieces are 30 to 90 minutes including stencilling. The drawing phase before that is where most of the time goes.
Minimal tattoos start from €120. Final price agreed in Telegram.
Yes — if it's placed well and not on a high-friction area. Wrists, forearms and ankles age best. Fingers, palms and feet I usually steer people away from for minimal work.
Yes — matching pieces are great as minimal work. We design one motif that reads cleanly at small scale and works on both bodies.
