Lettering is drawn stroke by stroke for the specific piece of skin it's going on, not typed in a font and printed onto a stencil. Every job means adjusting kerning, baseline curve, and stroke weight by hand so a phrase wrapping around a wrist or ribs reads cleanly instead of warping mid-word the way a flat font would. The real craft is consistency — keeping every stroke in a word the same weight and angle by hand, especially through connecting flourishes and swashes, is what separates clean lettering from a wobbly font outline.
How it heals: Thin strokes hold less ink than bold linework, so in the first two weeks they're the first thing to look patchy if peeling skin gets picked at — lettering is the one style where I actively warn clients off scratching. I also build in slightly more line weight than the design first suggests, because fine strokes lose a bit of their width as they heal and settle, and lettering has no margin for a stroke thinning out unevenly.

I work in minimalist and fine-line tattoo styles, based in Belgrade, with over seven years of experience. I specialize in delicate, precise line work — from micro tattoos done with a single needle to abstract botanical compositions.
Each design is created from scratch for a specific individual. I don't use pre-made sketches — we discuss the idea, refine the design together, and place it in the desired location on your body.
My studio is a calm, private space in central Belgrade. We take the time the piece needs — no rush, no compromise on the line.

Yes, with the right design choices. Line weight ≥ 0.3mm equivalent, generous letter spacing, and placement away from heavy creases keep lettering legible for a decade or more.
Cyrillic and Greek — yes, regularly. Arabic — only with a native-speaker proof on the final design before we book. I won't tattoo a script I cannot personally verify.
Short phrases: 45–90 minutes. Long quotes or curved layouts: 2–3 hours including stencil adjustments on the body.
From €150 for short phrases. Larger compositions are quoted per session — agreed in Telegram after the layout is locked.
Yes — handwriting and signatures translate beautifully. Send a photo of the original at high resolution; I'll redraw it for tattoo line weight while keeping the character of the hand.
